Only have one of these in my collection and just got it. Hard to believe I know! How many were made? Usually the plastic starter is missing on these.

They probably did. I would believe that the 2000s Pee Wee available here http://www.selecthobbies.com/eginesdata.htm also comes with the snap starter and cam. That's not a bad price considering what they are going for on eBay now.
