Having bought 6 of the things in the last week I'm am wondering whether I should have taken up
heroin or cocaine instead, it'll probably have been cheaper...........

John,
Welcome aboard and best to you. The TD .020 is fine little engine. With modern radio gear makes for a nice small plane. Plus many FF ships you can use it in. I''m working on a FF Strado Streak.by R/N models. For RC have an original Schoolboy kit. I have two new TD .020's and may have a used one coming. Even have extra piston/liner/ hi-compression head as spare.

I'm kinda heading back to kidulthood after messing around with slightly bigger stuff (predominately YS's) for the
last few years.
I'm wondering what to strap one to?
The 6 I referred to above weren't 020's but a boxed PT19 (what started it all circa 1972), 2 sure starts , a Texaco,
a 049 td and 051 td.
Isn't beer and ebay an unfortunate combination.......

Funny this should come up, I just yesterday recieved 1 I win on ebay. I`m cleaning it up/inspecting as we speak. They are going fairly reasonable if you havn`t looked.

Wanted Tee Dee 020 Empty TD .020

John,
I have several YS 60-.61's and fine engines. Sellect Hobbies have a few nice birds for TD .020. Local RC club has big contest tomorrow with swap meet, never knows what shows up. Picked up a Saito .72 four stroke like new for $70.00. Nice engine and awesome.

Not my kinda thing Nitro, I did take 'her indoors' over a few weeks back just to remind meself
why I don't do traipsing around shops.
Sign of the times I guess but they have a Canary Wharf/Immigration type
car security search Shocked before they let you into the car park, it didn't endear the place to me.

Did you find a teedee020 yet? I`m curious what you paid to see if I got a good deal on mine or not lol I just got one , slipped my mind that I had more than one already lol

ebay has a few (2 or maybe 3) tee dee .020. i just waded through 20 pages, i remember cuz i pass them up on my hit list. figure i better stick to one type right now.
