Cheap (vintage) Cl Flyer
Hello friends,
yesterday I had a bbq with my (pre- ) fahter-in-law. He was allways interessted in my hobbys, so I showed him a cox engine and also my warhawk cl flyer. We both would like to try it out, but the warhawk is to valuable for the first cl rounds.
To come to an point: He told me that he has got an old handicraft book for youngsters, with plans for a cheap and easy to built C/l cox flyer. There should be also other plans for cox engined models in this book.
If I have time, I will build one and show the steps here - if it is interesting for anybody.

Sounds great, I will be following!
It would also be great if you could post pictures of the book too as it would be interesting to see it, is it a German publication?

Fine, I will attach a picture of the book after receipt.
Yes it is a german publication from the 60'ies
I don't know the title exactly, but I have a foreboding.
Here is a link, maybe it is the plane my (pre-) father-in-law was talking about:

That looks to be an ideal C/L trainer, if that IS the model in the book it should be exactly what you need!
