Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
Excellent. Great video and nice RR1. Does yours tend to run hot? Mudhen says his really runs hot, but it might have to do with the muffler not letting enough air to the cylinder fins.

I didn't think it was too bad, but I could smell it was hot, but the case didn't feel bad.

Yeah, I'm kinda mean that way !!! Of course, it would have had a TOTALLY different slant if the prop screw had come loose at altitude, letting the Traveling Prop spin away into yonder woods !!!!

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
Good job Kim! You just upped the ante. Maybe I can mount it on my hummer and bury it!

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
Man if I was lucky enough to live out in the great wide open spaces, Kim would have caused me to become a free flight convert. Good flight, you stole my thunder for sure. I'm still looking forward to it though.

Re: Where has the Traveling Prop Been?
The Traveling Prop arrived from Kim in great shape. I didn't fly it, but did take some static pics (will post later). I shipped it out to Jacob Godsey today.

The travelling propeller has arrived in San Antonio!
I can't beat a Thermal hopper, RR1 or a Radial so I thought I would go another route.
