Here's an old one from last summer, just to remind us there are warmer days.

Haha, I said that to Jim the first time he showed himself in a photo, and he said, "That's what my Mom said!".

The storm skimmed the northern edge of my area. It only snowed, sleeted, then rained for a couple of hours Tuesday morning. Then got messy. It rained hard last night. Looking out the window, my yard is flooded and I'm heading out to see if my shop floor is wet. About once or twice a year a heavy rain will get through the brick foundation and flood the floor.

This is my Shark XV powered by a TD .09 with a throttle sleeve. The engine once belonged to Joe Wagner and was a gift to me from Steve Staples, whom I met by attending SMALL over the years.

You know, next year, we GOT to get more group photos when we get together. I always seem to forget once things start rolling.

Mike and Rusty and I got this one at the Carolina Classic, and Tony pulled almost all the 1/2A models together at this year's S.M.A.L.L.

That was fun re-reading the whole thread. I'd forgotten about it, thanks for the bump.

That Shark is a lovely plane for a TeeDee09...after so many 010, 020 and 049-51 size R/C planes I also built a Cosmic Wind (see my avatar) for a COX TeeDee O9 with R/C carb. At 34" wingspan the 09 is just the right size of powerplant for my bird...how about your Shark, does the 09 pull it with enough authority? It seems a bit wider in span than my Cosmic Wind...
