WTB Piston and conrod for a .15 Tee Dee

WTB Piston and conrod for a .15 Tee Dee
Question to the masses of cox experts. I have a .15 Tee Dee that has the ball and socket piston and conrod. I'm told that it was only made this way for one year. Is this true? Next question. If so, would it be a good idea to look for a new piston and conrod with the ring and post type connector. Can the piston and conrod from a MKII or Medallion work on a Tee Dee. Last question, does anyone out there have what I need and would be willing to sell it?

Jim,
Is this the early one with the "thin-wall" cylinder? If so, I might have a used one in good shape. Send us an email, sales@exmodelengines.com

Matt, I tried to send you a e-mail and it said your e-mail address was invalid. How much would you want for the piston and conrod? I would definitely be interested in it.

I managed to get one through to the sales dept.
thanks Matt

Jim,
The email should work okay. You could PM us your email and we could send you the information that way. Would probably be in the $10 range for the piston.
