Ok. So, has anyone here ever carved a propeller for a nitro or such powered engine before? Just makes one wonder as the instructions are a bit older. No mention of balancing. Now many people suggest to balance the propellers even for the lovely little .049 engines.

On it's way to the display case, but I'm going to keep it out where I can see it for awhile.

Mounted on my spare .020 engine .............. for the clone of Rene's tether plane.

Thanks New! It’s made from that drawing for the K&B Infant a page back…
5-1/4 x (Very Shallow) Pitch….

Looks good on that .020 Bob Very Happy …. Here it is getting its finish baked in the solar oven/wheelbarrow… The wood will darken some over time…

More of Robert's (and Levents) talents.

Propellers, so how many do you have? - Page 2 P1015758

Robert "lifted" the image off my picture of an airplane that I lost to another ebay bidder and made a stencil allowing me to closely duplicate that airplane. He and Levent (Air Truk) provided me with images of my initials that I applied to those models.

The "Silver Lining" airplane evolved into three more models scratch built to the same basic design. Posted about here several months ago. Most fun that I have had building models. All capable of flight, just don't know for how long or for how well.
