My Kitty Cat platter plane

My Kitty Cat platter plane
Last Summer I promised my 8 year old neighbor, now 9, I would build her a plane. She asked if I could build one that looked like a Kitty Cat, and of course I said yes. They moved a short distance away and whenever they come by she asks about it. She wants it to be purple or blue, so I got some Rustoleum color changing paint that should fit the bill. It has to have a black base coat so that's what you see here.
The platter is foam board and the center braces are paint sticks.
I will tie a blue streamer to the rudder which will be the cat's tail. I'll get some plastic cat eyes for it, and I have some black coated leadout wire that will make great whiskers.
My son came to visit this weekend and he says it looks more like a tick.

Re: My Kitty Cat platter plane
I like it but as a cat - it is either a fat cat or squashed!
It has no tail so it must be a Manx cat.

Yeah it has a tail... As for being fat, see what my boy said.
