yep, but it's just a guess...
A monokote iron and rag work well, place paper towel over area and set iron on rag, the heat will draw the oil up into the paper or set iron directly on balsa and keep wiping.
Also, a good pair of rubber gloves and cheep lacquer thinner work good for cleaning oil and dope/paper off of balsa as well, use after most of the oil is off kind of like a final clean up, use in a well vented area!
