Ah yes, just a passing moment of malevolence. Sorry about that. I'm hoping for a 3rd place finish. That little Killer Widow is a formidable opponent.

mine
I have some TeeDee 051`s, a piston marked nffs (undoubtedly from that guy we wont mention),and 2 that have double rings on them.
I need to check to see if any are tapered,I`m not big on trusting my H.F. caliper for measurements to compare to exact numbers and merely use them for reference points

The Chinese probably use HF calipers to inspect their rocket motor parts. They must be good!

I think the Iraqui`s used HF calipers to build their skud missiles too

Just for grins and giggles tonight, I measured some TD .051 and KB .051 pistons with a new digital H.F. vernier caliper that I just bought. I measured all at the top of the piston, the middle of the piston, and at the bottom of the piston skirt to try to find taper. Every piston read .4095 at all positions so the H.F. calipers were at least consistent. It looks like Cox built in a half a 10,000 for wall clearance as far as I can tell from my "High Quality" caliper.
BTW, I got mine from that same guy............
